Frequently Asked Questions

Are there any height, age, or weight requirements for the Waterpark?

There are no general age restrictions for the Waterpark. However, waterslide riders must be at least 42” tall for the two largest slides.

Is the Waterpark suitable for toddlers?

Absolutely! Younger kids can enjoy two smaller water slides and interactive features on the lower level of the Waterpark.

Is there a lifeguard on duty in the Waterpark?

Yes. Our interactive Waterpark is always supervised by trained lifeguards to help ensure a safe environment for all guests.

Is parental supervision required?

Yes. Parents or guardians must supervise their children aged 13 year old and younger at all times while visiting the Waterpark.

Is the Waterpark open year-round?

Yes! The indoor Waterpark is climate-controlled and open in all seasons.

Is a waiver required to visit the Waterpark?

Yes. A signed waiver is required for participation in the waterpark and Active Entertainment Center attractions.

What is the appropriate attire for the Waterpark?

Swimwear is required for all water attractions. For safety, no jeans, belts, or clothing with metal features are permitted. Water shoes or sandals with secure straps are recommended but not required.

Can we bring outside food or drinks?

Outside food and beverages are not permitted, but party packages and concessions are available on-site.

Are towels provided?

Guests should bring their own towels; they are not supplied by the venue.

Are lockers available?

Yes. Lockers are available to store your belongings during your visit.
