Frequently Asked Questions 

Are there age requirements for the climbing and obstacle attractions?

Our venues are generally available to all ages, though there are requirements for these specific attractions:

  • Climbing Structures一Guests must weigh a minimum of 35 lbs
  • Ropes Course一Guests must be 46" tall
What is the suggested age for children?

The majority of our attractions are ideal for ages 4 - 12, though there is action and adventure for everyone, toddlers to teens!

Are there activities for toddlers in the Active Entertainment Center?

Yes! During dedicated toddler time (Sundays, 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM)  little ones can enjoy the multi-attraction inflatable with soft obstacles, indoor playground slides, punching bags, a bounce area, and even a photo-op throne.

Is parental supervision required?

Yes. Parents or guardians must supervise their children aged 13 and younger at all times while visiting the Active Entertainment Center.

Is a waiver required to visit the Active Entertainment Center?

Yes. A signed waiver is required for participation in the Active Entertainment Center and waterpark attractions.

Can we bring outside food or drinks?

Outside food and beverages are not permitted, but party packages and concessions are available on-site.

Are socks/shoes required to use the Active Entertainment Center attractions?

For everyone’s safety and comfort, socks are required to play, and shoes are not permitted on the Active Entertainment Center attractions
